The Kings Park Soccer Club will accept requests for consideration until April 15th 2012. All requests must be received in writing by this date, no late requests will be considered.

The criteria for consideration is as follows:

1. Candidates must be or have been a member of the Kings Park Soccer Club in any capacity.

2. Candidates must also plan on attending a school of higher education.

3. Candidates must demontrate leadership abilites in areas of school, community and club.

4. Candidates must submit the completed Scholarship Application; attaching High School Transcripts and at least two (2), but no more than three (3) letters of recommendation from adivisors familiar with the student's leadership roles.
