U8	Born on or After August 1, 2003
U9	Born on or After August 1, 2002
U10	Born on or After August 1, 2001
U11	Born on or After August 1, 2000
U12	Born on or After August 1, 1999
U13	Born on or After August 1, 1998

Teams that have registered and have not paid by August 1, 2011 will be removed from the registration list and teams on the waiting list will be contacted shortly thereafter.
Divisions that do not fill up may be reassigned to allow for division expansion.

Please be sure that you have paid your registration fee by August 1.
After August 1, teams that are on the waiting list will be offered the chance to replace registered teams that have not yet paid.

Tiffany Field is located across from the entrance to the Nissequogue River State Park.

• Sagtikos Parkway North (Exit 41A Southern Parkway, 53 LIE, 45 Northern Parkway) to Sunken Meadow Parkway North to Exit SM4E (Pulaski Road / East Northport Road).
• Follow Pulaski Road across Rte 25A. Pulaski Road changes to Old Dock Road.
• Follow Old Dock Road past the WTR Middle School and into the old KPPC grounds.
• Turn right at the light on St. Johnland Road and follow around the curve and up the hill.
• The fields will be on the right side before the top of the hill.
• Please enter the park gates and park along the dirt road that circles the park.
• The town now issues tickets for parking on St. Johnland Road.
• Additional Parking is now available on the Boulevard at the top of the hill.

Cy Donnelly Park is located behind Park View Elementary School.

• Sagtikos Parkway North (Exit 41A Southern Parkway, 53 LIE, 45 Northern Parkway) to Sunken Meadow Parkway North to Exit SM4E (Pulaski Road / East Northport Road).
• Follow Pulaski Road to Rte 25A. Turn right onto Rte 25A.
• Follow Rte. 25A to Lawrence Road. KP High School is on the corner.
• Turn right at the light on to Lawrence Road and follow around the curve to Primrose Lane.
• Turn left on to Primrose Lane and follow to the end to Ashland Drive.
• Turn right on to Ashland Drive and follow one short block to next stop sign which is Haig Place.
• Turn right at the stop sign on to Haig Place and follow around the the Park Entrance on the right.
• Please enter the park gates and park in designated parking spots.
• Additional Parking is available along the park side on Haig Place.
